SightPlan 3D Standard is a combination of professionally drafted floor plans and 360-degree visuals to make a virtual tour experience that includes detailed measurements of a property. It is well suited for Marketing a property during a Real Estate transaction but can also be used for construction walkthroughs and insurance claims where floor plan accuracy and area totals are important. The base price for Standard Package is $0.20 per sq ft. Key features include:

• Area totals compatible with RECA RMS and ANSI measurement standards
• Room Dimensions
• SightPlan 3D Content Delivery platformfeatures such as Photo Gallery, Analytics Report, Video Integration, Neighborhood Map, Branding, access to the Embedding Tool and Feature Sheet Creator.
• Real-Time Tagging [added cost depending on number of details requested].
• Xactimate Sketch data (via Verisk integration) [standard esx added cost of $0.08 per sq. ft. Premium (cabinets, complex ceilings, and floor elevations) added cost of $0.11 per sq ft.].
