SightPlan 3D Instant is the combination of an AI-generated virtual walkthrough and PDF floorplan. The Sketch is imported to Xactimate through an integration with Verisk and is available in minutes. It is well suited for completing quick documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage, and limited fire damage. It is also well suited for marketing a property during a real estate transaction and can effectively document a space for any purpose. Instant Sketch is limited to residential properties no greater than 5,000 sq ft and projects with no more than 75 scans.
