SightPlan 3D Instant is the combination of an AI-generated virtual walkthrough, PDF floorplan, with Xactimate Sketch available as upgrade. The Sketch is imported to Xactimate through an integration with Verisk and is available in minutes. It is well suited for completing quick documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage, and limited fire damage. Also, well suited for Marketing a property during a Real Estate transaction but can also be used to effectively document a space for any reason.
